🔹 Key Requirements:

Must be RTA Approved as HSE Manager

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, preferably in roads & infrastructure projects in UAE

Proven experience handling RTA / Dubai Municipality / major infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessment, and compliance standards

Experience in managing site safety teams, audits, inspections, and incident investigations

NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory)
