Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for F&B and retail operations
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and quality improvements
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Procurement within F&B or Retail industry
✔ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
✔ Knowledge of UAE procurement market and supply chain practices
✔ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English
