FMCG Manufacturing experience is MUST

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of indirect materials (MRO, PPE, consumables, services, etc.)

• Handle CAPEX procurement including machinery, equipment, and project materials

• Execute sourcing, RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier evaluation

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers

• Ensure timely procurement to support plant and operational needs

• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost, service levels)

• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure audit compliance

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering

• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and other departments

Strategic & Operational Focus:

• Support procurement strategy development and implementation

• Optimize supplier base and build long-term partnerships

• Monitor market trends and pricing for better decision-making

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOPs, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• 5–10 years of procurement experience (minimum 5 years in indirect procurement)

• FMCG Manufacturing experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract management, and vendor management

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• English proficiency required (Arabic is a plus)
