The L3 Sirion CLM Functional Consultant is the organisation's deepest functional owner and single point of accountability for the Sirion CLM platform across the organisation's regional offices, Lines of Business, Legal Entities, and Business Units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Configuration & Platform Management
2. Documentation & Governance
· Create and maintain the Global Solution Design Document GSDD) – the single source of truth for all Sirion configuration across regions, BUs, and legal entities.
3. Implementation & Rollout
· Lead greenfield Sirion implementations for new Business Units or Legal Entities end-to-end – from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, UAT, training, and go-live.
4. Integrations (Functional Lead)
· Serve as the functional lead for all Sirion integrations – primarily with Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics CRM, eSignature tools (DocuSign / Adobe Sign), DataLake, identity management (SSO / LDAP / Azure AD), and document repositories.
5. Support & Escalation Management
· Serve as the L3 escalation point for all functional issues escalated from L1 / L2 CLM support.
