✅ Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Business Development within Oil & Gas / EPC projects, especially in the UAE market

✅ Strong experience handling ADNOC projects and major Oil & Gas clients across the UAE

✅ Proven track record in project acquisition, tendering, client relationship management, and business expansion within the UAE market

✅ Strong network and established business relationships within the UAE Oil & Gas and EPC industry

✅ Extensive experience in EPC projects, commercial negotiations, and strategic business development in the UAE

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✅ UAE market experience is mandatory

✅ Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately will be highly preferred
