Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new international clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across global markets
• Manage international accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Drive business expansion strategies and market penetration initiatives
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with overseas clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth and project execution
• Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and international business discussions
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Fluent in Japanese (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate, international sales, or business development preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage international client relationships
• Strong understanding of global business culture and market dynamics
