You will play a key role in strengthening the group’s financial control environment by:

✔ Leading monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing

✔ Ensuring accuracy of GL, accruals, reconciliations & adjustments

✔ Preparing management accounts & financial reports

✔ Managing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules

✔ Coordinating with external auditors for annual audits

✔ Ensuring IFRS compliance and financial governance

✔ Strengthening internal controls and finance SOPs

✔ Managing intercompany reconciliations

✔ Supporting budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis

✔ Ensuring SAP / ERP financial data integrity

✔ Monitoring cash flow, treasury and working capital

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting

✔ Professional qualification ACCA / CPA / CA / CMA preferred

✔ 8–10 years of relevant finance experience

✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS & financial controls

✔ Experience with SAP / ERP systems

✔ Advanced Excel & financial reporting skills

✔ Experience in Retail, Hospitality, F&B, Manufacturing or FMCG environments is a strong advantage
