✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting

• Construction industry experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting

• Experience in VAT, audits, and UAE financial regulations

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• UAE experience preferred

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
