Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Fusion Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle SCM modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM Fusion functional solutions.

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle SCM Fusion modules based on business needs.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional design documents.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle standards.

- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, workflows, and customizations.

- Prepare test scenarios, execute UAT, and support issue resolution.

- Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.


Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, - Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.

- Strong experience in Oracle SCM modules such as:

- Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Order Management

- Purchasing

- Product Information Management (PIM)

- Cost Management

- Logistics/Supply Chain Planning (preferred)

- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations.

- Strong knowledge of business processes related to procurement, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

- Oracle certifications in SCM modules.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations.
