Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support process development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Assist in manufacturing process monitoring and technology transfer activities
✔ Participate in prototype, pilot, and process optimization projects
✔ Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and process records
✔ Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and process risk assessments (FMEA)
✔ Support compliance with customer requirements and applicable industry standards
✔ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams
✔ Support new product introduction and innovation projects
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
🛠 2–4 years of experience in Process Engineering within a manufacturing environment
📐 Knowledge of CAD and technical systems is preferred
📊 Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
