Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate tenant maintenance requests and follow-ups
✔ Support leasing, renewals, and tenant move-ins
✔ Follow up on rent collections and tenant communications
✔ Maintain accurate property and tenant records
✔ Assist with accounts receivable/payable administration
✔ Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Requirements:
• Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a similar role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
