Are you a passionate and results-driven Food & Beverage professional with strong experience in Catering Operations and Central Kitchen Management?
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead and oversee our food production, catering services, operational excellence, quality standards, and team performance across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily F&B operations, including Catering and Central Kitchen activities.
✅ Ensure efficient food production, quality control, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
✅ Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
✅ Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and service excellence standards.
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen, production, and service teams.
✅ Manage inventory, procurement coordination, and vendor relationships.
✅ Ensure compliance with HACCP, municipality regulations, and company policies.
✅ Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B Operations, Catering, and Central Kitchen Management.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Proven experience managing high-volume food production and catering operations.
✔ Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, inventory control, and cost management.
✔ Strong commercial acumen and operational decision-making abilities.
✔ UAE experience is highly preferred.
