Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, and water treatment systems.

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out repairs, and replace defective or worn components.

3. Conduct routine inspections and monitor system performance parameters such as pressure, temperature, and tank levels to ensure optimal operation.

4. Ensure compliance with safety standards by following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment and facility systems.

- Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, compressors, and water treatment systems.

- Familiarity with LOTO procedures and workplace safety practices.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
