📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of the overall change management strategy for GCP transformation programs
• Identify stakeholder personas and create targeted communication and engagement plans
• Develop change toolkits, training materials, presentations, and communication content
• Facilitate workshops and change sessions with both business and technical stakeholders
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in change management within technology or data transformation programs
• Strong understanding of cloud migration, data governance, and analytics modernization
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
• Exposure to GCP or enterprise data platform programs is an advantage
• Consulting experience preferred
