Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full-spectrum executive, secretarial, and administrative support
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Oversee office financial administration – budgeting, expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and financial records
• Coordinate with banks, accountants, auditors, and external service providers
• Draft and manage correspondence in English and Chinese
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
• Support management with ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
• Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Experience in financial administration and executive support
• Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage
