✔️ 4–7 years of hands-on experience in 𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗤𝗟 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

✔️ Strong expertise in managing Microsoft SQL Server 2017/2019/2022/2025 environments

✔️ Proven experience with 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗢𝗻 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀, clustering, and HA/DR solutions

✔️ Strong background in database performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning

✔️ Hands-on experience with database backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

✔️ Expertise in 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗧𝗗𝗘, access controls, hardening, and compliance standards

✔️ Experience working with enterprise patch management tools such as 𝗜𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶, 𝗦𝗖𝗖𝗠, or equivalent platforms

✔️ Familiarity with 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀 and vulnerability management processes for remediation and risk reduction

✔️ Strong scripting expertise using 𝗧-𝗦𝗤𝗟 and preferably 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹

✔️ Experience supporting production environments, change management, release activities, and audit readiness

✔️ Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call support and manage critical database incidents effectively

✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
