Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and industry standards

✅ Lead risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, and safe work procedures

✅ Manage warehouse safety, contractor safety, and hazardous materials handling

✅ Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions

✅ Develop emergency response plans and lead fire drills

✅ Deliver HSE training and awareness programs

✅ Lead internal and external audits and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

✔ 8–10 years of HSE experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role

✔ Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or industrial operations

✔ NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma

✔ IOSH Managing Safely

✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, and emergency response systems

Preferred Certifications:

• CSP

• GradIOSH / CMIOSH

• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

• NFPA Fire Safety Training

• HAZMAT / Dangerous Goods Certification
