Key Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on IT administration and support experience
✅ Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID)
✅ Windows endpoint management, security, patching & antivirus
✅ NAS/File Server & VPN administration
✅ Solid networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting)
✅ Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
✅ Information security awareness and access-control management
✅ Excellent user support, communication, and problem-solving skills
