Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end delivery of T24 implementation, upgrade, and transformation programs
✔ Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
✔ Drive collaboration between business, technology, and vendor teams
✔ Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance, and risk management processes
✔ Mentor and lead cross-functional delivery teams
✔ Support solution design, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization
Required Experience
🔹 15+ years of experience in banking technology and delivery management
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact implementations and support programs
🔹 Proven track record of managing large-scale core banking transformation projects
🔹 Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
🔹 Experience working with banking clients in the Middle East is highly preferred
🔹 Excellent communication and team management capabilities
