Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

✔ Minimum 10 years of QA/QC Civil experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or major Construction projects.

✔ ADNOC project experience is mandatory.

✔ Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and international construction standards.

✔ Experience with civil works including foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, roads, buildings, and structural works.

✔ Familiar with Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

✔ Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

✔ Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
