🔸 10+ years’ experience building and scaling digital products in banking or fintech environments
🔸 Bachelor's degree or above. Preferably in computer science or related technical field.
🔸 Certification in Project Management preferred.
🔸 Strong experience across onboarding, payments & transfers and services, banking, cards, digital channels, onboarding, BPM, and payments ecosystems
🔸 Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering complex, large-scale platforms
🔸 Deep experience working in Agile, product-centric environments with cross-functional squads
🔸 Hands-on exposure to leading-edge technologies in mobile and web development.
🔸 Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing software engineering teams.
🔸 Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering.
🔸 Strong execution leadership with the ability to deliver complex technical initiatives from strategy through production.
🔸 Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and Operations.
🔸 Data-driven decision making with a strong ownership mindset, balancing technical excellence, customer impact, and business outcomes
