Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 18-20 years of experience in Procurement within EPC companies.

✔ Proven experience managing procurement activities for large-scale Oil & Gas / EPC projects with previous involvement in ADNOC projects.

✔ Strong understanding of ADNOC procurement procedures, vendor qualification, and project execution requirements.

✔ Strong knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing, tendering, vendor management, contract administration, and supply chain management.

✔ Experience with international and local suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement strategies.

✔ Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

✔ CIPS Level 4, 5, or 6 Diploma (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)

✔ PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred

✔ Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – Preferred

✔ Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) – Preferred

✔ Certification in Contract Management or Commercial Management is an advantage
