Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing is required.
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail industries is essential.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
