Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 9,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer / Legal Counsel to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters related to real estate development projects, contracts, regulatory compliance, land transactions, and dispute resolution while protecting the company's legal interests.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); an LLM is an advantage.

Minimum of 5–8 years of UAE legal experience, including at least 3 years with a real estate developer or construction company.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate, construction, corporate, and commercial laws.

Proven experience handling property transactions, development agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
