Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical expertise and fluent Arabic communication skills to support and manage enterprise Oracle Hyperion environments.

Role: Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional consultant (Arabic Speaker Must)

location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: 1 Year

Language: Bilingual (Arabic speaker must)

Key Requirements:

✅ 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion products

✅ Strong expertise in:

Oracle Hyperion Essbase

Hyperion Planning

Hyperion FDMEE/FDQM

Hyperion HFM

Smart View & Essbase Excel Add-in

Reporting Studio

Shared Services Security & User Management

Responsibilities:

🔹 Administer and support Oracle Hyperion environments across Production, Test, DR, and Development

🔹 Perform upgrades, patch management, backup & recovery, disaster recovery planning, and failover testing

🔹 Manage Hyperion security, version control, and environment performance tuning

🔹 Coordinate FDMEE data loads from Oracle EBS

🔹 Support budgeting, planning, month-end financial close, reporting, and data maintenance

🔹 Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and archiving processes

🔹 Lead Hyperion deployments, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements

Preferred Skills:

✔ Oracle Hyperion EPM Administration

✔ Essbase & Planning Administration

✔ HFM & FDMEE Support

✔ Financial Systems & Reporting

✔ Disaster Recovery & Performance Optimization

✔ Microsoft Excel & MS Office Suite
