𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
✔️Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Yardi experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
✔️Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, VAT, tax invoices, credit notes, advances, retentions, receipts, and reconciliations.
✔️Ability to understand Yardi data structures, source fields, reports, extracts, interfaces, staging requirements, API/file-based integration support, error handling, and integration issue resolution.
✔️Support UAE e-invoicing readiness, mapping, testing, integration validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
✔️Strong hands-on experience in Yardi Voyager or relevant Yardi modules used for real estate, leasing, property management, billing, AR, AP, and GL.
✔️Strong accounting background with practical understanding of journals, VAT, receivables, payables, revenue, advances, retention, and reconciliation.
✔️Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
✔️Experience preparing BRD, FSD, process flows, mapping sheets, test cases, issue logs, and reconciliation reports.
✔️Good understanding of integrations, APIs, staging areas, interface monitoring, and error handling.
✔️Prior experience with e-invoicing, digital tax platforms, VAT compliance, Peppol, ASPs, Pagero, ClearTax, or similar platforms is preferred.
✔️Experience in UAE real estate, property development, or property ✔️management environments will be an added advantage
