𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
✔️ 4–5+ years of IT experience with Banking/Digital Channels exposure
✔️ Hands-on experience with OpenShift, AWS EKS & Kubernetes
✔️ Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, REST APIs & Kong API Gateway
✔️ Experience with Dynatrace, GitHub Actions, CI/CD & DevOps
✔️ Exposure to Temenos (Kony), TIBCO ESB & Messaging Technologies (MQ)
✔️ Experience supporting high-availability production platforms and incident management
✔️ Good understanding of ITIL Change, Problem Management & SDLC
✔️ Arabic is preferred; willingness to work rotational/night shifts
❌ 𝗥𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮
❌ Candidates without Banking/Digital Channels experience
❌ L1/L2 Helpdesk, Desktop, Service Desk or Infrastructure Support profiles
❌ No hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift/AWS EKS
❌ No experience with Production Platforms, APIs or DevOps tools
❌ Candidates outside UAE or serving long notice periods
