Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain banking website content and copy.
• Write and edit product pages, informational pages, FAQs, and customer education content.
• Create compelling copywriting for digital campaigns and customer journeys.
• Simplify complex banking concepts into user-friendly language.
• Ensure alignment with brand tone, UX best practices, SEO, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Maintain consistency across English and Arabic content.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional content writing and copywriting experience.
• Experience writing website content (Home Page, Product Pages, FAQs, Customer Education Content).
• Experience in UX writing / microcopy (CTAs, forms, error messages).
• Strong knowledge of banking products: accounts, loans, credit cards, investments, and digital banking.
• Ability to create clear, persuasive, accurate, and compliant content.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or related field.
