Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
✔ UAE experience in building maintenance is mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control
✔ Experience in tendering, contract administration, and variation orders
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
✔ Immediate joiners are preferred
