💼 What You'll Do

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

2. Lead Scrum of Scrums sessions to manage cross-team dependencies and program alignment.

3. Drive sprint execution, backlog health, and continuous delivery.

4. Remove impediments and enable high-performing agile teams.

5. Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI platform vendors, and technology partners.

6. Support PI planning, release planning, governance, and executive reporting.

7. Coach teams on Agile best practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous improvement.

✅ What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of IT project/product development experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

3. 2+ years of Agile coaching experience.

4. Strong experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

5. Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and design thinking.

6. Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I/II) is mandatory.

7. SAFe certification is a plus.

8. Previous consulting or enterprise digital transformation/AI program experience is highly preferred.
