We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of EPC Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive ADNOC project experience, a strong background in managing multidisciplinary construction activities, and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC and international standards.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

✔ Minimum 15 years of construction management experience in the UAE.

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience managing EPC Oil & Gas projects.

✔ Mandatory ADNOC project experience with a strong understanding of ADNOC standards, specifications, and project execution requirements.

✔Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience on ADNOC projects involving CDS or Process Plant facilities, as well as experience in brownfield EPC projects.

✔ Proven experience managing projects from mobilization through construction, commissioning, and final handover.

✔ Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.

✔ Excellent knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, contract administration, and resource management.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
