✔️ 5+ years production-grade 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 experience
✔️ Must hands-on experience building 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜 / 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 systems using 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵, 𝗟𝗟𝗠𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆
✔️ Hands-on 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵 / 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 / 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 frameworks
✔️ Strong 𝗟𝗟𝗠 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 and conversational AI
✔️ Experience with 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆, OpenAI, Anthropic or Cohere
✔️ Experience with 𝗥𝗲𝗔𝗖𝗧, self-reflection, tool use and 𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗟 agent patterns
✔️ Strong experience in 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝘀, JSON schemas, Pydantic and validation
✔️ Hands-on 𝗠𝗖𝗣 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and conversational workflows
✔️ Experience with 𝗥𝗔𝗚, Azure AI Search and/or Azure Document Intelligence is an advantage
✔️ Exposure to 𝗔𝗜 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀, PII protection, prompt-injection security and adversarial testing
✔️ Strong debugging skills for non-deterministic AI systems; banking domain exposure is a plus
