🔩 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Supervise welders, fabricators, fitters and helpers
▪️ Allocate daily fabrication jobs based on production priorities
▪️ Read and interpret engineering/fabrication drawings
▪️ Supervise cutting, bending, drilling, fitting and welding
▪️ Monitor dimensions, fit-up, alignment and workmanship
▪️ Minimize rework, wastage and welding distortion
▪️ Coordinate with Production, Engineering and QC teams
▪️ Support fabrication estimation and material calculations
▪️ Maintain productivity, safety and workshop discipline
✅ Requirements:
✔️ 8–10+ years of fabrication/welding experience
✔️ Previous supervisory/foreman experience preferred
✔️ Strong hands-on industrial fabrication knowledge
✔️ Excellent ability to read fabrication drawings
✔️ Good knowledge of welding and fabrication processes
✔️ Ability to manage shop-floor manpower and deadlines
✔️ Mould fabrication experience is an advantage
