The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially driven, and capable of managing the performance and operations of multiple retail stores.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multiple Store In-Charges
• Monitor store-wise sales targets and operational performance
• Conduct regular store visits and audits
• Ensure stock accuracy, merchandising and hygiene standards
• Monitor wastage, slow-moving stock and out-of-stock situations
• Coach and develop store teams
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, promotions and pricing standards
• Track customer service levels and store performance KPIs
🎯 Key Requirements:
✔ Experience supervising multiple retail outlets
✔ Strong retail operations and sales exposure
✔ Good knowledge of inventory and merchandising
✔ Strong team management and coaching skills
✔ Ability to travel regularly between stores
