🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS

▪️ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas industry.

▪️ Strong experience in EPC contracts and contract administration.

▪️ Proven experience in managing contractual claims, variations, change orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

▪️ Good knowledge of contract terms and conditions, commercial risks, and contractual obligations.

▪️ Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual correspondence, notices, claims, amendments, and commercial documentation.

▪️ Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

▪️ Ability to coordinate effectively with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and subcontractors.

▪️ Previous experience in UAE/GCC Oil amp; Gas projects is preferred.

▪️ Knowledge of FIDIC contract forms and previous ADNOC project experience will be an advantage.
