Technical Skills & Experience

✔️Possess strong functional knowledge of Credit Card or Debit Card systems, including card issuance, authorization, clearing and settlement, Card Control, and customer servicing workflows with Digital channels.

✔️Exhibit strong proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server to support data validation, analysis and issue investigation.

✔️Hands on experience with Agile project methodologies and associated tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

✔️Experience in implementations of applications using Weblogic/Websphere.

✔️Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including cloud hosted applications, managed databases, integrations, and hybrid environments.
