Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce

• CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred

• 8–10+ years of accounting & finance experience

• Minimum 3 years in Head of Accounts / Chief Accountant / Regional Finance role

• Strong multi-country accounting & consolidation experience

• Hands-on experience in IFRS, multi-currency accounting, FX & intercompany reconciliation

• Strong cash flow forecasting, treasury, working capital & financial control experience

• Advanced Excel & ERP experience

• Experience with international/regional entities preferred

• UAE or MENA experience is mandatory

• Russian language – written & spoken mandatory
