What we’re looking for:

🔹 Strong experience in white-collar recruitment, particularly engineering, technical and project-based positions

🔹 Proven recruitment experience within the UAE construction/infrastructure sector

🔹 Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels

🔹 Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding coordination

🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

🔹 Good understanding of the UAE recruitment market
