✅ Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions using governed, high-quality data and the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

🔹 4+ years in Software Engineering, with 2+ years in production AI/ML or GenAI.

🔹 Strong Python skills with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, scikit-learn or Hugging Face.

🔹 Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Azure Machine Learning.

🔹 Experience with REST/FastAPI, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.

🔹 Strong understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, prompt engineering and model evaluation.

🔹 Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse architecture and Microsoft Purview.

🔹 Awareness of UAE AI Charter, UAE PDPL, Dubai Data Law and DESC ISR.

🔹 Excellent English communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

🔹 Arabic proficiency and Arabic NLP experience are preferred.
