👷 Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
Cable manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
Experience with heavy rotating machinery in a large manufacturing plant.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Skilled in fitting, fabrication, welding and mechanical repairs. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Strong understanding of HSE and 5S practices.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Carry out fitting, fabrication and welding jobs. Install and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
Identify equipment abnormalities and report them promptly.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
Update maintenance activities in the ERP/Asset Management system.
Support contractors and maintenance teams when required.
