🔹 Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol)

🔹 Hands-on experience with RAG amp; Vector Databases

🔹 Experience with Cloud & Open Source LLMs

🔹 Strong REST API & Microservices development

🔹 Azure AI / Azure OpenAI experience

🔹 Docker & Kubernetes / OpenShift

🔹 CI/CD, Git amp; production deployment

🔹 WebSockets, asynchronous programming & event-driven architecture

🔹 LLM prompt engineering and API/SDK integration

🔹 Performance tuning, debugging & monitoring

🔹 Banking or Retail domain experience is an advantage
