1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT/product development, including 4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in digital engineering environments.

3. 2+ years of experience coaching and training individuals or engineering teams in agile practices.

4. Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels using advanced facilitation techniques.

5. 4+ years of experience using tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Project Online, etc.) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence).

6. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project with at least 3 years of practical experience.

7. 3+ years of experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.

8. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

9. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) required; SAFe certification preferred.

10. Consulting experience in digital transformation, digital engineering, product development, or enterprise technology programs is highly desirable.
