🎯 Candidate Requirements:
✅ Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
✅ Minimum 8–10 years of planning experience in major building construction projects.
✅ Strong experience in RCC structures, foundations, substructure and superstructure works.
✅ Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, baseline programmes, resource loading, progress monitoring and recovery schedules.
✅ Expertise in critical path analysis, delay analysis, EOT claims and progress reporting.
✅ Experience coordinating with construction, engineering and project management teams.
✅ UAE airport construction experience is highly preferred.
