✅ Lead daily HR operations and manage the HR team.

✅ Drive end-to-end recruitment, especially technical manpower hiring.

✅ Develop HR policies, workforce plans, and manpower budgets.

✅ Manage employee relations, engagement, retention, and performance.

✅ Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and employment regulations.

✅ Oversee compensation, benefits, medical insurance, and employee welfare.

✅ Prepare HR reports, manpower forecasts, and annual operating plans.

✅ Support training, succession planning, and organizational development.
