🔹 MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
✔️ 7–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Reporting.
✔️ 4–5+ years of strong hands-on Power BI experience.
✔️ Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), dashboard development, and performance optimisation.
✔️ Strong understanding of star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modelling, and semantic models.
✔️ Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and ETL/ELT workflows.
✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and the Azure data ecosystem, including Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Databricks.
✔️ Experience in BI governance, project leadership, and mentoring BI developers.
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ GOOD TO HAVE
🔸 Microsoft Power BI or Fabric certification.
🔸 Experience in Agile delivery and enterprise analytics transformation.
🔸 Knowledge of Copilot and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
