Job Description:
Mandatory Skills: Fircosoft, Filter Management- Filter Tuning & Optimization (Fircosoft)
✅ Experience in AML, sanctions screening, or financial crime technology.
✅ Hands-on experience with FircoSoft/Firco systems tuning and configuration.
✅ Strong understanding of sanctions screening, name matching, fuzzy logic, and false-positive reduction.
✅ Experience working with banking transactions, payment screening, and AML compliance processes.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✅ Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
