This is a 3 month Riyadh based project with immediate deployment.

Required Experience:

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in banking, non-banking financial institutions, or leasing companies, with a strong focus on:

• Fleet financing, vehicle leasing, and auto loan products (commercial and SME segments)

• Structured finance, asset-backed lending, and risk management for movable assets.

• SME and corporate financing, including working with dealerships, manufacturers, and suppliers.

• Developing fleet financing strategies, structuring financial products, and leading teams

Proven track record in:

• Managing relationships with large corporates, SMEs, and government clients for fleet financing solutions

• Developing and implementing new financial products tailored to fleet leasing and asset-backed financing

• Handling risk assessment, credit evaluation, and compliance within fleet financing

Technical Skills:

Financial Structuring & Analysis:

• Ability to design and implement structured fleet financing solutions that align with business needs

• Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and portfolio management

• Strong understanding of depreciation models and asset lifecycle financing

Credit Risk & Portfolio Management:

• Expertise in credit evaluation and risk assessment for fleet and asset financing

• Strong ability to analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and credit reports of SMEs and corporates

• Experience in mitigating loan defaults and non-performing assets in fleet financing

Product Development & Innovation:

• Ability to create and enhance fleet leasing and asset-backed financing products

• Understanding of digital banking innovations in fleet financing

Legal & Contract Management:

• Knowledge of leasing contracts, loan agreements, and collateral structuring for asset-based lending

• Experience in negotiating contracts with dealerships, suppliers, and leasing companies

Strategic Thinking & Business Development:

• Ability to drive growth strategies and expand the fleet financing portfolio

• Strong market analysis skills to identify business opportunities and partnerships with fleet operators, rental companies, and logistics firms

Team Building and Management:

• Strong ability to support team in managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, auto dealers, and government entities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Risk Management

- Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CLFP (Certified Lease & Finance Professional) preferred
