Position Summary:
An experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Head Branch Banking Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee branch banking and related operations, including CPU and Back Office Treasury, across the network. The role will ensure the effective implementation of institutional and regulatory policies and procedures while maintaining operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding direct reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facilitating seamless banking operations.
Job Specifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 13 years of experience in branch banking or banking operations, with at least 7 years in a senior supervisory or managerial position.
Experience in Islamic banking operations, knowledge of BISP operations, and expertise in managing CPCs is preferred.
Frequent travel across Pakistan is required for nationwide coverage of branch operations.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with higher educational qualifications.
