This role plays a dual role in an organization, handling both front-desk duties as well as administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

•Input and update data into systems, databases, or spreadsheets as required by the organization.

•Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.

•Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and orderly environment.

•Scheduling and Calendar Management.

•Assist with Reports: Help generate reports or presentations as needed by the management or other departments.

Assist with Project Coordination: Offer administrative support for ongoing projects, such as tracking timelines, tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

•3-5 years of experience in real estate or developers organization.

•Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for both internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational Abilities: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and clients.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and basic office equipment like phones, printers, and fax machines.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
