HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is partnering with a leading financial institution in Islamabad to find a dynamic and experienced Head of Corporate Banking & Client Coverage (HoCB&CC). This is a senior leadership position that will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering customer-centric financial solutions.

Role Overview:

The HoCB&CC will be responsible for leading the Corporate Banking & Client Coverage team to meet the business growth and profitability targets of the company. This role involves driving growth through innovative financial solutions, focusing on key sectors like Agriculture, Structured Trade, and Inclusive Development finance. The HoCB&CC will also lead Islamic Finance initiatives, drive product strategy, and establish long-term relationships with creditworthy clients. The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in strategic planning and contribute to decision-making at the management level.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Formulate and execute growth plans for business expansion, focusing on financial interventions and value chain financing.

Business Growth: Lead efforts to drive growth in Agriculture Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Islamic Finance, and inclusive development financing, including FINTECH partnerships.

Leadership: Develop a strong team of professionals, leading them to meet business objectives and align with company values.

Product Strategy: Develop and implement products in Islamic Finance and ensure their alignment with company strategy, while working closely with the

Investment Banking team.

Market Analysis: Analyze market conditions and identify new business opportunities that enhance the company’s market position.

Risk Management: Ensure compliance with credit and risk management policies and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: Master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution or leading international university.

Experience: At least 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role with full P&L responsibility.

Competencies:

Strong understanding of corporate banking, product offerings, and relationships with large corporates in Pakistan.

In-depth knowledge of Islamic banking, Sharia-compliant credit products.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to develop strategies and lead teams to meet business objectives.

Expertise in credit, risk management, and customer relationship management.
